Me and my family was placed at this shelter I recommend you tell the caseworker you want an emergency or safety transfer. The place is unlivable we didn’t see any mice but the place is infested with roaches and the maintenance don’t do nothing about it we had to spend our own money to Bomb it and they was still coming back. The security guards are disrespectful they hire anyone to work for that hotel because it’s run down if you get placed here I’ll put in the transfer right away because there is because places to get placed at well more livable don’t let path tell you different but only good thing about it is the location where it’s by but besides that if it’s 3+ people I would not recommend this shelter to anyone

I moved from one place with roach to another I have a asthma child. My son is in and out of the hospital to do the mice n roaches. I need better living.

As of right now I am living with my mom and brother and this has to be the most horrific place we have been to because they gave us a room that looks like it came out of a abandoned hospital, not only is it run down it was infested with mice every night, at least the service was kinda good since they got rid of the mice but my brother is still getting passively sick from living here and we all have to share one room, overall if you have a choice then don’t go here.

Most horrible place to ever be in. Be prepared to do it all on your own.Caseworkers will not help you with anything from finding an apartment to HRA, Refrigerators are not good for meat or produce. Stove didn't work for months and in the summer is too hot and will only let you bring in fans no A.C and it feels like the fan throwing hot air. No place for a kid to living. Lights are dark, mice and Roaches come out of no where no matter how clean you are if ya neighbor isn’t then rodents will find their way. This place make you feel miserable; remember keep busy and out of there and finally 311 never helped. Be prepared to be strong minded and go there get a great Job and save as much as you can to get out of there as soon as possible with your family. Pray 🙏🏼
