We had a good stay at South beach. Everything was clean and comfy. There was no physical reception facility in there but everybody was helpful. It is better to contact to facility before check in. Location was perfect. Bed was not so comfortable but ok. Hope to come again. Thanks!

I stayed here with my son for a 10-day holiday. At first I was worried it might be bad or dirty, but I definitely didn't encounter anything bad. The room, the sheets, the towels, everything was clean. You can definitely choose that option.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Franklin in Miami Beach. The apartment was spotless and beautifully maintained, with everything I could possibly need for a comfortable stay. It was perfectly equipped and felt like a true home away from home. The staff took great care of me, and I always felt well looked after. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach and close to everything Miami Beach has to offer. Communication with the host was excellent and very easy. I highly recommend The Franklin to anyone looking for a clean, well-equipped, and perfectly located place to stay in Miami Beach!
