Four Seasons Hotel New York

I stayed at Four Seasons and spent a lot of time in the room, so most of my impressions are from the in-room experience. The space is designed with a clean, modern look and feels genuinely comfortable to settle into. The bed, lighting and layout are all put together in a way that makes the room feel calm without being dull. The bathroom stood out the most for me. The size, the mirrors, and the overall finish give it a very polished feel. Small details like the water pressure, the towels and the amenities were handled well, which is something I always notice. We had a fantastic time at the Four Seasons NYC. From the moment we checked in until we left. Our flight was very late, 5+ hours late due to an American Airlines equipment problem. The staff was very efficient in getting us to our room and our room service dinner was great.||No request was left unanswered, services were amazing from housekeeping, bellmen, doorman and everyone we encountered. Our room was beautiful on the 44 floor with fabulous views of the city. The bed was very comfortable and the decor modern with good lighting and all the outlets etc. we needed for our electronics. ||My husband loves the app where he can request ice, or anything we need and it is quickly attended to. On Saturday, 12/13/25, we stopped in the Four Seasons Hotel lobby with a question. The staff treated us like we were their most important guests even though we just needed a question answered! Joel went above and beyond to help us, converse with us and make us feel special. He even let us take pictures in front of the exquisite tree! Joel is an amazing and genuine human! I can only imagine how wonderful the service is for patrons of the hotel if our short interaction made such an impact on me. The other staff members were very kind and professional as well, but we did not get their names.

This is unequivocally the finest establishment I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Any request is promptly fulfilled, and any dissatisfaction is immediately addressed. Every member of the staff, from the doorman to the concierge, front desk, kitchen staff, and janitorial services, provides exceptional personalized attention, making each guest feel uniquely valued. I can confidently state that all your needs will be met.

Absolutely disgraceful. I came in months ago but I was only taught how to leave reviews so I am reviewing all of my previous hotels I have visited. The second day I had come in, I went to go straight to my room but was stopped by a young man, about early 30's, and to get this review over and done with-- he accused me of trying to sleep in a room without paying for it which is understandable, until he had mentioned that I didn't look like I could afford it.
