Four Points by Sheraton San Diego

The staff is friendly. The rooms are dated and worn. Internet service didn't work. Bathroom sink wouldn't drain. After calling maintenance repaired issue. Parking was charged, for what reason I'm not sure. The parking wasn't gated or did I see any security. They charge for breakfast. Drinks at the bar are 10.00 each. The entire hotel needs updating. Not worth the high cost for a room.

I am so thankful to the FOUR POINTS Team. The service inquiry about an event to utilize the pavilion was a quick response. I was greeted by the lovely Krystal L. at the front desk and spoke to her over the phone prior, she was nothing short of welcoming and very accommodating to our needs. I was then introduced to Suri A. one of the Managers who over saw the whole event. Suri is one I would want to work with again when interested in renting the pavilion. Suri came through for our event and helped bring our vision to life in one week. You don't receive great hospitality like this these days, I am so grateful to Krystal and Suri for making this experience smooth and unforgettable. I cannot thank them enough for making us feel so special.

Positive: It was clean and had an open airy feeling. Negative: We reserved a room with a king size bed. That is what we paid for. I was very disappointed that they put us in a room with a queen size bed. They told the hotel was sold out & they couldn’t honor our reservation for a king bed. That is why u have a res

This place has great staff and a very convenient location. However, there’s this sound the heater makes when it’s turning off. It’s sounds like a creaking door. Now that, paired with the horror movies I watch, made for a great scare that I haven’t had since I was young. Which was enjoyable, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here for the price 🤟🏾🖤

I’d like to thank the general manager Mr. Amjad Asaad. I’ve never met a GM who is more present with his customers and staff than Mr. Asaad. He cares deeply about providing anticipatory service and a solid product. Overall, his hotel offers an unbeatable value. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. All of the staff who assisted me, including front desk and housekeeping, were kind and accommodating. I’ll be back!
