Four Points by Sheraton Fargo Medical Center

We stayed 3 nights and it was very quiet every evening.|Walls are very thin but only once could we hear stomping above.|Lobby and lounging area clean and tidy. Enjoyed sitting in that large area in the am drinking coffee. We played a board game in evening, quiet and comfortable.|Our room was cleaned daily and did a nice job.|Beds comfortable. Modern decor.|Exercise room nice and adequate. Did not use pool or eat breakfast.|We'd stay again, especially if it's just as quiet around there again!|Very conveniently located!

Nice place but, no continental breakfast and bar doesn’t open till late. Was here for hockey tournament lots of kids/Parents. Other hotels offer free breakfast. Won’t come again but very clean rooms.

Positive: The staff was friendly and great location Negative: There’s only 1 washer and 1 dryer for guests to use. The dryer is on its last leg and you have to use it a couple times to get your clothes dry. The hot tub was not even warm and had stuff floating in it. No complimentary breakfast. Walls are very thin.

I was promised from front desk Desiree a specific 4pm checkout time and then 2pm (two hours prior to it) while I was sleeping (because I had a Late night zoom conference), a man from the front desk called and told me I had to check out within 20 minutes and that Desiree didn’t write my check out time on any of the notes. I had to scramble and get all my stuff together and I wasn’t able to take a shower and sorry to say that this is exactly not the sort of hospitality that I am used to from a worldwide brand. Beware. Five minutes before that new checkout time at the 15 minute mark, housekeeping was already knocking on my door. They need to wait another 5 mins. Also elevator smells like Cigars while exiting the property. Ofcourse while I was exiting the property, the robotic front desk guys

I do not recommend the four points in Fargo. We arrived back to our hotel in the late evening and could not find a parking spot. I went inside to ask what i should do and was told by the front desk to drive around until i find a spot. I asked if I could park out front near the awning and was told if I park there I will be ticketed. I was told to park there the night before as the same thing happened. So i drove around the parking lot because they do not have enough parking for a good half an hour to 45 min hoping someone decides to leave. Thankfully some poor sole did leave. The next issue was towels. On our second night we requested 4 towels as on the weekend they dont do room service. This also was an issue and for some reason the front desk had to come up to our room to verify we had 4
