Four Points by Sheraton Downtown Seattle Center

We stayed one night for a Christmas party at the Museum of Pop Culture. Rooms are clean. There's a 70's vibe for sure. Everyone is sooper friendly and helpful. Location is great 👍 We walked to MPOP. There's a restaurant on 1st floor and a starbucks .1 mile away. 😁 One thing I'm very particular about is bathrooms. I have a no mold policy. If the bathroom is gross there's a problem but this bathroom was very clean to which I appreciate. Great place overall.

I’ve stayed at the Four Points Downtown Seattle many times, and it’s become one of my favorite dependable spots in the city. The physical property shows some age and the elevators can be slow, but the rooms are clean, comfortable, and reasonably up to date. The beds are great, and the air conditioning works like a charm. The staff really make this hotel stand out. They’re consistently warm and professional, and always recognize my Marriott status. Angel in the restaurant is a highlight and takes pride in his work. On my most recent visit, Ateel at the front desk went out of her way to be helpful. You can tell the place is well managed. Stayed here for 1 night before a cruise due to it being within walking distance to the Seattle Needle and a few museums. Check-in felt a little rushed, I'm not sure what the hurry was. I did not realise when I booked the hotel that there was no pool. I was given a room near the very slow single elevator. Whenever I was in my room, I had to listen to impatient kids whining and crying, as well as adults talking loudly for extended periods of time. I just took the stairs to avoid the wait. The door to my room did not latch on its own, I had to pull it closed, you could hear others slamming doors in the hall to get their doors to close day and night. Positive: The hotel is nice and clean with great staff. Negative: The airport shuttle is not 24/7 and certainly not free. Had to switch rooms as the pull out sofa was a stained foam mattress topper.

even though i showed them and told them my reservation itinerary code from Expedia, they took my credit card for deposit but next day after check out didn't give me any receipt and said it will be coming in email and when i got back to my country and see my credit card, i see they have charged me for one night and all other fees and taxes that i already paid on Expedia. when i cal them to raise the concern, they say call your bank, you should only be charged for 37 dollar for parking and nothing more but i have been charged over 150 dollars extra aside from being charged on Expedia! and the receptionist on the phone hung up without saying thank you or bye while I was questioning the charged politely now after 3 weeks! Just don't go there!
