Four Points by Sheraton Atlanta Airport West

The bed was comfortable, but the housekeeping needs to pay attention to details.. The room we entered after switching from the initial room because of no mini fridge wasn’t serviced after the previous guest, so we switched the room again. The room was fine, but we noticed the coffee maker had some powdery substance inside, so we asked for a replacement. The shower gel on the wall was almost empty so we used the bar soap. We stayed 2 nights and we were gone all day on the first day, but the room was never serviced. Other than that, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.

This was a terrific stay. The hotel's stay, park and fly deal is a good one. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was extremely friendly. The downstairs bar had great happy hour deals. I can't think of a bad thing to say about the hotel. While it is close to the airport, it's pretty quiet, too. The location is pretty good but it is not near a ton. And traffic can get pretty crazy nearby. But really, this is a great place.

After a stay pre and post an international flight, we found this hotel to be as good as it gets , especially for the price. There aren't many hotels that are near the international terminal and none have shuttles there. The front desk was superb in handling our stay pleasantly and professionally. We were lucky enough to have a young man by the name of Yeaser checking in both visits. He was the very best front desk person we've ever experienced at any hotel, including 5 stars we've visited. We travel extensively. Yeaser is one of the reasons for our loyalty to marriott. We enjoyed happy hour, dinner and breakfast during our stay. No complaints there either. Very friendly and helpful. No doubt we'll return.

Ty and Tyler at the front desk made the check-in experience exceptional. Both were personable, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Their level of customer service felt first-class, which honestly surprised me for Atlanta. They set a very positive tone from the moment I arrived. While the rooms are comfortable and clean, they are a bit dated compared to more modern properties. That said, the outstanding staff experience more than made up for it

Food gross and they charge you for it separately 18$ each person. The ppl who work there super nice and friendly. But every night I stay I got charge 100 or 120 at 3am on top of already paying for the room earlier that day that’s odd to me. But I keep my card lock so it’s okay it only got me once. But they did give my daughter candy a few times I got mixed emotions about the hotel but food is definitely a no go
