Only stayed one night. Front desk staff seemed friendly enough. There is a $35 parking fee. I feel like it should be free. The room was fine, though when we first entered it smelled strongly of cleaning products, probably not a bad thing. The pool was great, but the hot tub became very sudsy, maybe from too much bleach. During the day, you don’t really notice the highway noise, but at night you do. Either you’re okay with it or you’re not. It almost became white noise for me, and I slept fine.

Bad experience at this hotel. This doesn't look and feel like a Marriott hotel. Very old hotel, hasn't been remodeled, tubs were dirty (we reserved 3 rooms), you could see thru the door peephole from the outside of the door to the inside of the room. I had to use toilet paper to cover the peephole. The bed covers were stained. Our view was the freeway and didnt feel safe parking on that side of the hotel. Very loud. Elevators were marked by gang signs and names. I told Alex at the front desk and he said he could upgrade us for $30 a room so we could face the pool instead of the freeway. We agreed but the rooms were the same, old and dirty. My daughter and her boyfriend chose to leave to the Westin instead within 1 hr of checking in even though they had prepaid for two nights at th

The staff was so friendly and tried their hardest to accommodate us. It’s not their fault that this facility is way past its prime. We asked for a quiet room and got the loudest room I’ve ever stayed in, right by the freeway. They did have earplugs on the night stand. I guess that was a sign 😆. We woke up to a flood in the bathroom. Water was pouring out of the ceiling fan and all over the floor. They did move us to a different room and so appolgetic. Still loud but no more leaking water. Everything here seems tired and worn out. It was close to our destination. And the bed was comfortable

Absolutely unacceptable experience. Booked through Booking.com for a Disneyland trip. Check-in took 45 minutes because they couldn’t find our reservation. We booked a king bed with pull-out sofa and were given two queen beds instead. After a 7-hour drive, we went to bed—only for me to realize I was soaked in someone else’s urine. I immediately called the front desk and was told we could switch rooms the next day. No manager was available during our entire stay despite multiple attempts over three days. The new room was cleaner but had no shampoo, conditioner, body wash, or enough towels. At checkout, still no manager. Booking.com tried contacting them multiple times with no success. We were refunded $11.66 for laying in urine. Completely unsanitary and unacceptable. Never again.

After reading some of the recent reviews, I was a bit worried about our stay—people mentioned everything from highway noise to cleanliness issues. But the moment we walked in, I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and our room felt comfortable and well-kept. Yes, you can hear a bit of freeway noise, but once our door was closed, I barely noticed it at all (though I’m also a heavy sleeper). The location is fantastic—being so close to Disneyland made walking to the parks super easy, which was a huge plus for us. Parking was also simple and stress-free. While there’s no complimentary breakfast, that wasn’t a deal-breaker. They do have a nice coffee stand with grab-and-go breakfast options, and you can purchase a breakfast buffet for about $20 if you prefer
