Fouquet's New York

I had an extremely disappointing stay at Fouquet’s Hotel NYC, especially considering it was the night of my wedding. From start to finish, the experience fell far below what any 5-star property should deliver. First, our neighbor had their TV blasting until 3 am. I called the front desk twice, and nothing was done. We barely slept on what should have been one of the most special nights of our lives. The next morning, the restaurant service was just as poor. I was given a half-filled cup of coffee, and when I asked for more hot water, it took five minutes to arrive—by then the coffee was cold. My favorite hotel in NY - it’s not too big but not too small. Staff is fantastic, great bar at night that’s hidden. Rooms are stunning. They also have a fantastic gym and spa amenities which is a huge plus!

Incredibly questionable level of code of conduct and class amongst the people who work here. After investigating, I’ve heard of multiple discriminatory incidents that others have experienced here.|Here is my most recent direct incident. Please note I gave the hotel ample opportunity to address what should’ve been seen as a high priority. Lissy promised to call back and did not. I'm a private chauffeur. I brought many clients to this hotel. It is so upscale, it's so on point, they do everything right? The staff, the ambiance all up to par. None of my clients have ever had a complaint. And I've brought many there in the last 2 years.
