Fort Collins Marriott

To start the hotel allowed the Fresno State Football team to overstay their checkout by five hours causing dozens of people to have to wait upwards of five hours for their rooms to be ready (8 pm for a 3 pm check in ). While waiting the lobby bathroom was absolutely filthy so there was no clean restroom to use. ||Once checked in we discovered the room was still a mess. Additionally the hot tub was out of order. HARD PASS.

Positive: The staff was extremely kind and helpful, and the lobby decor was gorgeous and comfortable. Negative: I wish the bedding had been a little heavier. It was just a sheet and a thin light blanket. However, our room got very hot at night, so we ended up taking the covers off anyway.

Unlike other reviews that give this place a negative review I had a good experience there this past weekend. There was at least one hockey team and a volleyball team there. Kids running everywhere and having fun. There was noise but by 930 10pm all noise was gone. Hotel staff kept things under control and made stay foe guests not affiliated with either group pleasant. Rooms.were clean and taken care of. Got me non-feather pillows without much of a wait at all. thank you! Door to bathroom was kind of obnoxious but im grasping at straws to co.plain about something. Wish there was a water refill station on all levels It is not a 5 star extremely upscale resort. I got a great price on the room. And was very happy!!! Id be back if I return to ft Collins.

I stayed here multiple weeks. The rooms were spacious and parking was free. I got upgraded often and everything was great, except the house keeping. They skipped my room despite multiple requests, once they forgot to check if my bathroom has soap before checkin and didn't fix it even after informing the front desk. The front desk was so embarrassed about the housekeeping. The brekfast service was slow too. But I could see some genuine efforts when I escalated to Manager. Hence four stars instead of a two or three.

We absolutely enjoyed our stayed here! We booked a room block for our wedding in October of 2025 and the hotel made it a wonderful experience. First off, for what you get, the prices are extremely nice. The hotel has a great lobby with restaurant, bar and coffee shop in the morning. The suite was roomy enough for everyone to get ready, the gym was fantastic, and the booking process was pretty smooth. My only regret is that I didn’t have time to visit the newly renovated pool area when we were there. If you’re looking for a spot in Fort Collins that feels high end without breaking the bank, the Fort Collins Marriott is the place to be.
