Florida Vacation Villas

Run away! We had to book elsewhere. No one available on weekends for check-in so when w head issues with cleanliness, no one was there to assist. The comforters were straight up gross. Hair everywhere. Cigarette butts and cigars on ground just outside the unit. Awful stench. Roaches…..just save yourself the trouble and run. It was awful.

The 2 bedroom apartment was accommodating, I left picture, everything clean except the spa tub. I purchased clorox- dawn- vinegar and ran the tub for 2 hours it was clean UTube!! No elevator they do not say that. For me this was very important to have 1st floor, I was having surgery. The office staff was so nice, maintenence came very quickly. Being honest Nice it is near events 5 miles from International Drive.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The room did need some updating such as the floor felt that it had some weak areas up stairs in the twin bedroom. It also has creaking noise when walking up stairs in the king bedroom. There was some mold looking stuff around the vent on the ceiling in the bathroom upstairs that needs to be cleaned. Also, there was a mark under the couch downstairs (that was already there) when we opened the sofa bed. Apparently, the floor did not get mopped good before we arrived. We did have a nice quiet stay with no loud neighbors. We did have one neighbor that was outside smoking marijuana one day. We enjoyed playing the games available at our room. Sadly, we only got to enjoy the pool one day and then they said the pump went out for the rest of the week. The front staff w

This property is run down. The grills didn't work, the toilet didn't flush right and some of the other tenants that live there were annoying. No place to sit outdoors privately. The location was great and no kids to annoy you. Kissimee is a great alternative location, close to everything but far enough from Disney attractions to relax.

stay 2 weeks was a nice clean could use alittle updating. newer full kitchen , nice pool. Will stay again.
