Flamingo Motel

this hotel was our go to for me and my partner because we got the service and the rooms we requested, lately it was lacking the service and the rooms were getting worse, lately we’ve been having to check out before the check out time would come, we would hear knocks or water being sprayed at the door and windows , and even phone calls asking if we are going to stay or rent another . I was already so over it . The bed we slept in was very uncomfortable because there was a hole or dent in the middle of the bed so my partner woke up with back pain. This place use to be our every weekend get away from everything but i guess there’s always another place to go to. it fell over ever since the shooting and the construction constantly going on and it’s never been the same. the prices also change wh

First of all, the Flamingo has several locations in the Valley area, I am not sure if they are chained, a franchise, or what, but each one is different, for sure! This Flamingo is a local motel, do don't expect the Holiday Inn or even Motel 6, it's a local run small motel and decent rooms to stay in. The price is budget, the room had a king size bed and was comfortable. The room has a flat screen TV on the wall, small frig, and microwave in a hideaway closet type of area. Bathroom was clean and decent. This is a no frills motel, again you will see more locals here than out of towners. The room was quite, noise was minimal, and if you like adult channels, those view in the PM. Enjoy your stay and support local small businesses. Thank you.

Motel is by Broadway. Very busy street. Has a lot of buildings surrounding it. Like whataburger, Peter piper pizza, public library, stripes, and more. They also have a pool. Beds are comfortable, and rooms are clean. Only complain is that the parking spaces are so small. Sometimes big trucks park by the entrance and the space to cross over to the other side is very narrow.

Customer service stinks and they lack people skills. Most rooms are missing toiletries,(toilet paper), Air conditioner malfunctioning, shower and stinks dirty, Television or remote control issues in the middle of the night, very inconvenient and troublesome.

Honestly the most needed part to improve on is hospitality which is lacking. Even lacking when non of the programs that you wanna watch are not on, so u decided to install a HDMI or attempt to then a siren goes off and a man with anger says no connecting any more or I’ll kick u out and then leaves saying he’s coming back but doesn’t. Talk about not keeping ur word,nor saying sorry for the inconvenience of the situation let me provide a channel.
