Flamingo Express Hotel

The hotel part of this "resort" is fine. There are rooms that come with a particular smell, with an outdated TV. Is what it is. Now they request a "Resort" fee that is if you use there "resort" amenities or not. There amenities are a lazy river, 1 small hot tub, and 3 water slides. Sounds good but wait it gets worse. The water slides for the "resort" are only open 2 hours a day, between 2 and 3 and then 4 and 5. Sure we can make that work, but then at 4 it's still closed 4:20 still closed, people are complaining. A guy asked what was going on and they said they needed the life guard to come back and he said he was on his way a while ago. Finally at 430 a manager comes out to relieve the female life guard from the entry way. She is on her phone talking in Spanish very loud complaining to w

We were assigned a decent sized clean room, sadly though with dirty curtains, with desk and separate sink in kitchenette area. Has been incorporated into larger Ramada Hotel which we hadn't been informed about since booking.|No breakfast provided but there is a restaurant on site offering a fixed price breakfast. Good location to visit various Disney experiences. Good value for money.

The building is showing its age. It is very well maintained and clean. There are no elevators. The only reason that you would want to stay here is if you are on an extreme budget. The outdoor water park makes it more worthwhile. The complimentary breakfast is toast and pancakes and something I've never seen before.

Booked here for the water park. After being there find out the slides were out of order. Extended my stay for 1 more day and housekeeping did not stop by my room. But front desk provided me with towels, bed sheet, toilet paper. I had to change my own bed sheets and take out my trash. The refrigerator keeps drinks cold but dosent make ice. Frozen things will melt. The hot tub is not hot is warm. The mini lazy river around the slides work is not deep. Breakfast included slides if bread that you put in a toaster if you want. Jelly, cream cheese, apple, apple juice, orange juice, milk, cereal (rice crispy, frosted flakes). They seved eggs if purchased

If you are looking for a hotel near to the parks this is not the option. Bad signal. The buildings don’t have the number was really difficult to find the room. The breakfast wasn’t enough. We have to go other restaurant to take our breakfast. They show something that is not real, in the pictures look really nice but the thrust id really bad hotel. The all hotel needs maintenance urgently
