FISH POND CABINS

Absolutely loved this place. Everything you need to get on the water, bbq, or stay in. Lovely owners. Accomodated our dog. Perfectly affordable! Will be returning. Just over state line there is a drive in movie theater, even took the dog with us.

Me and my wife stayed in the Bright-Eyed Bass for four nights. And our time there was absolutely amazing/fantastic/relaxing/unforgettable!! Ann the owner is one of the nicest and sweetest people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. The cabin was everything we thought it'd be, cozy and comfortable, very clean. It was like a home away from home. We literally could not get over how nice it was inside. The back deck was private and spacious, it also connected with its own private floating dock. The scenery all around was gorgeous, waking up to singing birds and a beautiful sunset peaking over the mountain tops was quite lovely. As for the fishing, can't complain a bit. Caught plenty of bream, few crappie and I also landed and took multiple pictures of a 7 pound 8 ounce bass. Weighed in on a

Ann is so nice and accommodating. I wish I could give it 100 stars. The cabin was so clean and cozy. The pond is full of fish! Murphy NC is amazing and has so much nature to explore. We had all the privacy we could want plus we had gorgeous serene surroundings. This trip was the perfect get away for us. We will definitely be back soon!

These cabins are beautiful and absolutely adorable! We stayed in Snapin' turtle for our anniversary and I couldn't have dreamed up a more perfect and intimate cabin to stay in and at such an incredible price! The cabin is all updated and kept impeccably clean. Not only was the cabin so adorable and cozy (you feel welcome and right at home the minute you walk in) but the owner Ann is the kindest and most accommodating person I've met! She will make sure your stay is nothing short of perfect and stress free. I would and will be recommending these cabins to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway!

My four nights at Fish Pond Cabins was great! It was so peaceful and welcoming that I didn't want to leave when my time was up. We drove 9 hours from the eastern coast and arrived around 9 pm. The house was ready for us and even had cookies ready to munch and an anniversary gift from the owners. It was so great staying in Snap n' Turtle that I am already working on dates for our next visit.
