Fifth Season Suites

I got here last night very late and the Manager RICK was kind enough to really look into getting a room for me and even gave me a $10 discount for each room since I got it on a Monday night..He was awesome, helpful and empathetic towards my late night arrival with family. The breakfast was good as it gets, the kind woman made the eggs a la carte..A basic good breakfast beyond that.. rooms were clean and had everything you could need for a few nights.., the dinning room is huge and spread out.. a quite place to relax and sleep.. they are kid friendly maybe are pet friendly as well, ( call in advance to inquire) the front desk lady Estar or Esther is very kind and extremely helpful.. I suggest tip the breakfast lady a few dollars per head.., she will take care of you! overall is was a go

The hotel was great the staff were very welcoming and the room we stayed in was well maintained the beds in the room were soft and comfortable and there were no stains on it. The bathrooms were surprisingly well cleaned. Overall it was a great stay.

I came to Amarillo for my moms funeral. the hotel is older but it is a decent place to stay. The breakfast was ok. not as good as you would think as they cook your plate in front of you. The pool was padlocked and the hot tub was empty. No explanation about that. My main complaint is they put a deposit hold on my card. I have always had the hold drop off after checkout when no extra fees were to be charged. The charge processed through my bank. I contacted the hotel and they said that is how they do it. They charge your card and then process a refund after the fact. When I checked in it would have been nice to have been told this. Like I said, it was a decent room with a comfortable bed. It was a low price and okay outside of the few things.

this hotel is a sleeper for the price and b'fast. the room was more than adequate for |our traveling needs. Great price and the staff was good. bedding was as good as|5 star. b'fast was hot and denny's qualtiy - real surprise! I'd stay here again next time |travelling thru.

From start to end I found this hotel a pleasant experience. The decor was modern yet demur in color scheme. The atmosphere was quiet and staff friendly. My room was very clean and fresh smelling. There are computers in the lounge as well as a large tv. |Meeting rooms are available. Parking lot was clean and maintained and I observed security patrol there as well on this property.| There was a $100 deposit which was refundable upon checkout at 11:00am|Close within walking distance were 4 eating establishments, dine in or takeout. Hotel is next to I-40 fwy and even though I was near the front of the building the noise did not reach me. Traveling from Colorado to Corpus Christi this will now become my Amarillo stop|Overall it was a most pleasant experience.
