Farmstead Inn & Conference Center

I always enjoy my stays here. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and well maintained. Access to and out of the property is easy, despite being on a busy main thoroughfare. Parking is abundant, as well as spacious. The complimentary Breakfast is very good, with plenty of choices for most appetites.

Enjoyed my stay at Farmstead Inn for two nights, Te suite is wonderful, Whirlpool is fantastic, and I love the spacious room with all the windows. Kitchen could use some napkins under cabinet for when a person has their own food cooking in Microwave, but not a real biggie. The Single King (Updated) room on second floor in EAST wing was fantastic with a walk in new shower. Loved the newer leather rocking chair, very comfortable & better than the old chairs that you sink & fall into at some of the rooms there--those definately need to be replaced with "Firmer" chairs.

One of the main reasons we stay at the Farmstead Inn is for the giant hot tub. It was down for maintenance. Had we known, we would have rescheduled the trip.

Farmstead Inn & Conference Center is a solid option for the area, particularly for visitors coming to explore the local Amish markets and shops. The location is one of the property’s strongest points — it’s convenient, easy to access, and close to everything you’re likely there to see, including stores operated by Amish residents. Parking is plentiful and hassle-free, which makes arriving and coming and going very easy. The rooms themselves were clean and well maintained, but extremely spartan. The lack of decor and warmth made them feel more like hospital rooms than a traditional hotel stay. Everything was functional, just not inviting. Staff interaction was pleasant, though minimal; the front desk clerk was friendly and helpful, which helped offset some of the sterile feel of the accomm

We had a great stay here. We especially appreciated the recliners in our room and the kitchenette. The bed was super comfy and the room was very clean. The breakfast didn't impress us; but it is a buffet so we weren't surprised by food service eggs etc and the only fruit was sugar filled pre packaged fruit cups and also sugar filled yogurt cups.
