Faraway Jackson Hole

I unfortunately have to rate them very low because I booked the hotel expecting to get the rooms presented on the website. After I booked, I received an email that it is under renovation and that if I had any questions I could reach out to the sender provided an email. Upon arrival to my surprise, they put you in a room in a residential building nearby. It was fine, but It was nothing like the rooms represented on the website, and there were no amenities for which I had paid. At this point, I did reach out to the contact person provided in hopes of receiving a discount when I was at the hotel last week. I did not get a call back and my email was returned to me as “Address not found”. I was able to leave a voicemail last week, but as of today, the phone number provided is not working no

Excellent lodge, spacious room, very pleasant and helpful staff. Bed and pillows are perfect for the night sleep. Jacuzzi in the bathroom adds an additional wow! The only downside is that place was under renovation when I visited and had to use all the amenities at the adjacent resort which was already crowded.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Even though it was under maintenance, it was our favourite hotel on our American road trip.||Marty on reception was so helpful, friendly and also funny!||Brilliant location for getting to GTNP - a lovely 20min drive along Moose Wilson Road where you can spot wildlife (lots of bears!) ||Would love to return and see what the hotel has to offer once all their facilities are back up and running because it really was beautiful.||The only minor negative is that it was very pricey but I think that’s standard for the Jackson hole area.

This is my 2nd time stay in this hotel , the first time stay , I had a great experience which is the reason I selected this time. But this time the overall service and facility has been really disappointing! The spa area is super dirty and lack of maintenance and service staff, their hot tub indoor has super cloudy water , and outdoor hot tub is out of service , sauna is also out of service! The swimming pool is very dirty , generally, you can not use their spa at all ! We feel we did not receive what we paid for and will not be back again

Our first visit to the Jackson home was a notable experience. Considering the hotel's desirable location and premium rates, I had high standards. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were informed that amenities would be unavailable due to ongoing construction, which was a letdown. The lobby was located beyond a parking lot filled with construction equipment, including a large crane. Moreover, my husband had to park and walk a considerable distance back to the hotel, which was not convenient. We considered leaving but decided to stay due to the late hour. Fortunately, we encountered Marthy, an exceptional employee who provided prompt assistance. His warm smile and kind demeanor made us feel welcome, and he ensured a smooth check-in process.
