Caldera House

Amber is amazing. I went down to talk to her about a matter of rent she said she is willing to do whatever it takes to help me out. She even send my email out for me cause I’m not very computer smart. She is one of the reason I want to stay at CalderaHouse. She is always willing to help out. My sister loves her too. She lives at Caldera House also

We love our stay here. I love how small this hotel is, which allows all the guests to feel at home. All the staff are very friendly and eager to help. Rooms are very well decorated and designed. I especially love that some restaurants are reserved for hotel guests only to avoid a big crowd or long lines. One minor complaint is the room service; they tend to make mistakes with our orders, e.g., missing coffee and juice, and missing ingredients. We will come back to visit for sure, it's a very nice stay.

I had the pleasure of staying at Caldera House last week and everything was incredibly thoughtful and seamless. The rooms were spacious and lovely, convenient location and the staff was particularly attentive. They noticed I had been making breakfast sandwiches with mayo and by the third day had set mini mayo jars in the buffet line discreetly for me. Very impressive team and look forward to my next stay.

Ended up coming here because another restaurant‘s kitchen had already closed for the night. Was extremely pleased with the menu selection and the overall quality of the food. Wanted to sit in the outdoor seating area so that I could enjoy the view with my meal, but the young lady at the hostess stand was nice enough to let us know that there was a reservation in an hour of when we would be seated so that we would not be rushing our meal. We chose inside with just as good of a view. Will definitely go back.

The Caldera House was an incredible experience for me and my friends. We stayed there for a weekend and were blown away by it's design, amenities and centralized location. The staff was a 10/10. Everyone from the concierge executives to the gentlemen at the front door were incredibly helpful, kind, respectful and friendly. My friends and I had an unbelievable weekend and I can't wait to come back. 100000/10 would recommend to a friend (or a stranger). Can't speak higher of this place and the people who work there!
