We booked this motel through Agoda, where parking was listed as included. However, the final bill didn’t reflect that, and we had to pay extra. It would be great if this could be clarified in advance, as it would make the check‑in experience smoother for future guests. We also encountered bed bugs in our first room. The staff responded quickly and moved us to another room, which we appreciated. Still, addressing this issue proactively would make a big difference, especially since the prices are quite affordable. With a bit more attention to cleanliness and maintenance, the value of the stay could easily go from okay to genuinely good. Read reviews on Google, known for not refunding deposit when asked and entitled to refund. Multiple reviews on Google from Multiple people saying the same thing. They will pretend that you have been given a deposit refund and it is false. No return of deposit. Could not spend the night it was that bad had to leave||Mold issues see pictures,

Beds were horrible no cold water TV didn't work. Was dirty and the employees didn't respond to request for help

Bathroom was very dirty upon arrival and the room temp was set to high, and there was no thermostat. 50 dollars and change a night was the best part. If on a budget I'd recommend.

Consumer service is not there strong suit upon arrival the office door was locked and there was a number on the door to call called the number no answer and after about 20 minutes of waiting around someone finally came to open the office and get us checked in once we got to our room we noticed the room was super rundown no working heat they provided us with to portable heaters and extra blankets the tv didn't work and when I went to ask someone about it they told me someone would be by in the morning so no tv the first night then we discovered ants in our bathroom when mentioned no one seemed to really care and now the worst part is I got told my deposit would be returned on my card at 11 am on check out well that never happened I'm still waiting for it a week after my visit and when I tri
