An incredible weekend away with three couples. This trip was truly enhanced by our reservations specialist Michelle who did something that is often not prioritized - she listened! She did such an incredible job blocking rooms so that our group could enjoy our time together. As we were departing the property we discussed the many highlights, but continued to come back to the brilliant effort Michelle made.||We were fortunate to secure reservations for each of us in their fabulous spa a few days in advance of our arrival. May I suggest you do this early in your planning as spots fill quick. Two days after her massage, my wife was still raving about her experience!||The adult pool and the team that serves the area is marvelous.

Stayed here for a work event and the property is beautiful! Came in with a big work group and we had events and lunches/dinners throughout the hotel. The employees were very kind and welcoming. A lot of us were from the Midwest so we were a little intimidated. We had a big group so I’m sure it was a lot to handle but everyone made us feel at home. Our trip was filled with tons of meetings but when we were able to relax being at the hotel felt magical. Andrea was a bartender for all of our events and she went out of her way many times for us. She was very welcoming and personable. Really made us feel comfortable. One colleague was just casually talking to her and saying she was bummed she didn’t get more coffee before it got taken away. We spent about 10 days at Fairmont Grand Del Mar in late January/early February with our family, and it was truly one of the best vacations we have ever had. The resort and grounds are exceptionally maintained, the rooms were pristine, and we felt pampered from the moment we arrived. What stood out most was the staff. The level of attention to our family was unbelievable. Everything we asked for was handled immediately and with genuine care. Our daughter was celebrating her 7th birthday, and they truly made it special for her in ways we won’t forget.
