1-20-26 Decent overall. The bad... The bed was a cheap foam mattress. Very soft and uncomfortable. We prefer a firm mattress. If you don't mind sinking 5 inches into an unsupportive mattress, you'll love it. Property could use some updating as it's a little aged in some areas although the price is fair in that regard. Our room had an odor that was a little off-putting at first. Kind of a musty odor. Lasted a couple minutes til our noses adjusted. 😲 The good... Breakfast was really good. Scrambled eggs, sausage patties, waffle maker, good coffee, cereal, Danish, toast, bagels, English muffins, muffins and the like. Hot shower. Soft towels. microwave, fridge. Again, fair price.

Everything was good, staff was kind, the room was average and I slept fine. I came down hungry and tired for breakfast so that I can get some energy before a 12 hour drive. I later realized that the coffee machine/dispenser was not working. But beyond my early morning coffee, I wanted some muffins and open the see through bakery box to see several molded muffins. Appetite lost, energy low, I was not ready for my drive and not satisfied with this hotel. Mold can be really dangerous.

Horrible stay. The room smelled very strong of mildew. It was not clean and the carpet had holes in it. The bathroom light above the mirror was out and the ptac was full of dust. The staff was very nice and I was able to get coffee in the lobby since my coffee maker in my room was disgusting. Not a property I would stay at again.

The hotel was easy to get to from the highway. The front desk staff was great, friendly, and accommodating. They made sure that my folks had a lower floor due to the handicapped room. The breakfast was hot and enjoyable by my folks and sister. The rooms were quiet and the bed was outstanding. Normally I don't sleep well in a hotel but the pillows and the bedding put me right to sleep. The only thing that I would suggest is that there is tea in the room for people who don't drink coffee. Since this was my first stay in a long time, my expectations were a little unclear about the hotel. But now, the staff at this locations has set the standard high in my books that I hope future stays will live up to the high expectations that I have become to enjoy while traveling.

I picked this place because of it's location. What I found was friendly staff and a pretty well cared for facility. They had a nice hot breakfast each day that I was there. The room was clean and no maintenance problems. And it has one of the best maintained fitness rooms I've encountered in recent memory. I will certainly stay here in the future.
