Comfort Inn Collinsville near St. Louis

It's clean, quiet, and convenient to retail and restaurants. The front desk staff was professional and helpful. The breakfast buffet was a bit more expansive than a typical Continental breakfast buffet. The pool and gym were clean and functional. It is not, however, very walkable so you will need a vehicle or need to use a ride share service.

I had called and made reservations for a ground floor room. I was also told my total with tax was $125. We arrived around 10 PM. We were given keys to a room on the 3rd floor. My total with tax was $145. The man on duty did get our room changed to the ground floor. We went to our room. (Room 107) We always watch some TV before going to sleep. The TV wouldn’t come on. We called the front desk he told us to bring the controller and he would change it out. That was done. It still didn’t work. 2 more times to the front desk to change the controller. It still didn’t work. We were offered to change rooms. By now it was 10:30… we didn’t want to repack. Another issue, when the lady was taking my reservation, she accidentally changed my email address. It had to be changed back by me on the site. N

Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great! Lots of variety to choose from. PM desk person helped with giving restaurant recommendations. There were 2 staff members continuously cleaning to keep the eating area spotless.

From start to finish we were so impressed. They had everything available that expensive hotels offer and more. The rooms were very clean and had comfortable beds . The staff was very professional and helpful. A shout out to Ray at Colinsville front desk great personality he made us feel right at home. We will definitely be back . Thank you.

After we booked this hotel, we received a courtesy call from the manager to confirm our details and to make sure we had booked the room we wanted. Check-in was easy friendly and quick, the room was very clean and comfortable and the complementary breakfast was excellent. It was one of our better Comfort Inn breakfasts. The hotel is in a commercial area with several restaurant choices (many fast food options), but our room was quiet. As with most Comfort Inns, interstate access was easy and parking for our travel trailer was easy as well. We were very happy with our stay.
