Americas Best Value Inn Collinsville St. Louis

Room was clean good parking front desk was very cordial. Breakfast was plain. Apple juice has bad taste. Coffee was good but no cream, no cereal. Few apples but no bananas. Will stay there again because rate for room was very good.

We get to the hotel at about 6 pm(ish). The representative was soooo busy with NO help for him. We finally get into the room about 30 mins later. The next day cleaning crew comes to the room while we were gone. Cool 😎 okay 👍 they took the trash and towels. The next day, we check out early. We were trying to receive our deposit $. We go to the room together because she said there were some towels missing.. First, I'll go with you and show you ALL the towels in the room. She said there's supposed to be 7 towels Okay 👍 We have counted 6... Long, storie short... I'll never return to this hotel. Good luck with your stay.....

Front desk clerk is very friendly. Great location. Clean quiet room. Smoking and non-smoking available.

The room needs the be updated. There was a dead bug on the wall that was killed I guess from the previous customer. The room had a stench to it. The night front desk lady didnt even want to give me fresh towels. Free breakfast thats a joke. Watered down coffee, watery juice and hostess snack cakes smh. Carpet needs to be cleaned. Shower curtain had black stains on it. Mattress was rock hard.
