Fairfield Inn Manchester-Boston Regional Airport

This is an excellent place to stay weather business or pleasure. The staff here is professional, very helpful in all things and very friendly. I wouldn't choose any place else. The prices are very accommodating. Rooms are clean and well maintained, the free breakfast is fantastic. If you love coffee, they have it all day and night . Free wifi that works without problems.

This Fairfield Inn is absolutely perfect! |No other Marriott in the Manchester, NH area competes with this hotel! |Just plain perfect as far as clean, quiet, close to many spots to eat, easy to get to off the highway, but most of all the people that work here! Fiona and Camryn are ridiculous in how excellent they are! I’ve been here about 15 times over the last two years and these two perfect employees are just that! Perfect! Positive: Breakfast was ok but it appears under par compared to other Marriott breakfast offerings. Negative: The Free Parking, which is a Prominent advertising, ploy but turns out in the fine print guests pay $10/night if traveling.

Our first night, we discovered stained bedding with hairs that were not ours. The shower shelf also had what appeared to be pubic hairs, which was extremely unsettling and raised serious concerns about cleanliness. The shower head was not properly fastened to the wall, adding to the overall sense of poor maintenance. There were visible rips in the wallpaper, strange stains on the walls, and the heater/AC unit was dirty and covered in dust. The main lobby frequently smelled like sewage, making common areas unpleasant. The pillows were beyond poor quality—flat, uncomfortable, and felt as though they were filled with dust rather than proper support. The breakfast buffet was equally disappointing. The hotel's getting a little run-down and needs a rehab but Derek at the front desk is punching way above his weight class. He's probably the best front desk person I've seen at a hotel, possibly ever. No exaggeration.
