The property was very clean, and you can tell they make an effort to keep things well maintained. The rooms were nice and comfortable, equipped with a mini fridge and microwave, which is always convenient for longer stays. The indoor pool was great, and the gym was well kept with only one machine out of order not a big deal. They also offer free breakfast for guests, which is a nice perk. One thing that stood out was the breakfast attendant placing a tip jar out by the condiments. Not necessarily a negative, just something I wasn’t expecting at a complimentary breakfast setup. The hotel is top notch. Everything is perfect. Though I feel Parking charges are totally unnecessary when you are already paying a premium fee for the property. Location is perfect. Snow clearance should be quick.

Popped in to visit my family that was staying here for a ringette tournament last weekend, and this hotel seemed very nice! The Hotel Manager was wonderful; he went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable with their stay! My only concern about the stay was my encounters with the maintenance staff (namely an older gentleman with a walkie talkie on his hip) and their gruff attitude. Didn't get a smile from them, they did not move out of the way in the halls and would bump into you when walking and was overly non-apologetic regarding these encounters.

The area is drabby, the pool was closed for maintenance and all the noise, noise, noise. The fridge buzzed so we had to unplug it and we listened to all neighboring room doors slam into the wee hours of the morning. The room is dark and multiple lights didn’t work. Beds were comfy. Suite had enough space for the 4 of us. Breakfast was good but crowded by 8 am with a disorderly flow to get food. We walked 8.5 miles our day in Niagra- this hotel is very close to the Clifton Hills area so if lights and amusement are your thing, you’ll be happy with the proximity. We rode the Ferris wheel and saw the falls in every way possible. Journey below the falls was worth it. Skylon - probably not worth it if you also plan to ride the wheel or dine on the falls. From the moment we opened the door, we were impressed by how clean and fresh the room smelled. Every detail felt well cared for, and the beds were honestly some of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in. We did have a mix-up with our reservation, but the hotel manager, Scott, went absolutely above and beyond to help us. He took the time to explain everything clearly—from breakfast and amenities to parking—and made us feel completely taken care of. His professionalism and kindness truly stood out. We were here with a hockey team for a tournament and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We’re already looking forward to coming back.
