Positive: The desk clerk that greeted us. Was the most polite and provides clerk he was so kind. Hotel employee really should be commended for his great job. The manager was wonderful as well and the desk clerk in the morning g at checkout was also. Negative: It was all wonderful thank you

My entire stay was amazing! Check-in was smooth and effortless, and a huge shoutout to Staci at the front desk for helping me with that and making sure I was using the app to earn my rewards. The breakfast selection was quite impressive, and I loved the amenities, especially the pool and washer/dryer. The hotel is in a great location, close to food and activities. Overall, the staff were absolutely amazing!

This is a Great Hotel and my experience was very relaxing and enjoyable.I arrived a little early for the 3 pm check in but Guest Services was still very accommodating and had a room available.The room itself was very clean and damage free.The bathroom was modern and up to date.The room was very quiet up on the 3rd floor and the AC worked great.The hotel has a Pool,Hot Tub,Weight Room and Laundry.The breakfast bar was pretty standard but still good.|There are also some restaurants and a shopping mall within walking distance.

Easy booking on Members website. Friendly check in process (with Great restaurant recommendation!). Exceptional customer service helping us extend our stay by a night. Our room is clean, comfortable, and Quite. Shower is modern, beautiful. Love the attention to cleanliness.
