Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites San Francisco Airport/Millbrae

I booked a last minute room while navigating a medical crisis en route to the airport. From beginning to end my experience at this property was fabulous. Razika at the front desk was able to get me checked in quickly and placed me in a quiet room that was impeccably clean. I had to extend my stay several times and each time the staff was kind and efficient. They also took the initiative to ensure that my room was being serviced and that I was safe and comfortable. As a single woman dealing with a medical emergency on a work trip, I could not have picked a better place and a kinder staff to find respite with. I will definitely be returning to this well run property.

Do not stay here. The hotel is under renovation. The gym is closed, which they do not disclose at time of reservation. Room aircon unit sounds like a freight train when it cycles on. Bath amenities (soap, shampoo) are mounted well over 6 feet off the floor and are hard to reach. Cannot recommend this place. The Residence Inn around the corner is much better.

Razz has an impressive understanding of hotel policies and operates with complete professionalism and compliance. What makes her stand out is her ability to work within those policies to provide the best possible guest experience. She went above and beyond to make accommodations for me in every way allowed, ensuring my stay was smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. She is a tremendous asset to the Fairfield Inn and the Marriott brand. Thank you to the management team for choosing and supporting such an outstanding employee. Highly recommend this location—service like this makes a real difference.

It is okay for the money one pays for Bay Area hotels. Nothing in particular stands out. Not the cleanest but it is not bad. Very little service per se but it is not expected either.

This is a great location that is easily walkable to public transportation (BART), parking on site, and great restaurants in the area. Great for families at an affordable price with good breakfast. Katea at check in/front desk was super friendly and made us feel welcome. Will stay again as it is a quick walk to In-n-Out Burger :)
