Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Provo Orem

Love this place! So clean and friendly. I called to request an early check in, they totally accommodated me. Amber at the front desk went out of her way to make sure our room was just right for our early check in. You could tell she truly cares. Great job, Amber!

Positive: Clean and I liked the oatmeal bar! Negative: I would have preferred scrambled eggs over sandwich options

Stayed here for 3 nights while visiting family for Thanksgiving 2025. Mixed bag. The positive: Room was clean and comfortable as expected. Front desk staff was cheerful and positive The Negatives: The complimentary breakfast was well below par for this level of hotel. The Coffee was consistently cold (well, luke warm, cold for coffee). The hot items were either sausages or scrambled eggs, but never both eggs and meat on the same day. The scrambled eggs were cold. This stuff is not hard to fix. This isn’t rocket science.

I stayed at Fairfield Inn & Suites Provo Orem for one night before my trip home. Hotel was in like-new shape. Breakfast was what you would expect. Close access to the lake and Provo Canyon. Was less than an hour from the airport. My room had everything I needed. Good option to explore the Provo area.

Pretty good experience at this Fairfield Inn. Made good use of the pool and hot tub. The breakfast didn't seem up to the standards I've seen at other Fairfields, no fresh fruit that we could find on multiple days there. Overall, a satisfactory stay.
