Comfort Inn & Suites Orem - Provo

My kids and I stayed here for a weekend staycation and we had a great time, and the value was absolutely incredible. The pool was the main reason that we picked this particular location and it lived up to its expectations. We ended up playing there for five hours going back-and-forth between the large pool for a hotel and the hot tub. The breakfast was fine, but the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. We would definitely consider staying here again.

We had a note on our reservation to get a room away from stairs & elevator & the room we got was right next to the stairs. Also the room was very cold & took almost 3 hours to warm it up so it was comfortable with the temp @ 78deg! My wife is usually hot so it was too cold! Otherwise, it was good! We'll try another Choice hotel next trip!

Liked very much this hotel, modern and clean, appreciated service, room, pool, breakfast, location. Very nice service and people. Room was conform to description, clean and comfortable. We could get relaxed in the heated pool and hot tube. Hot breakfast was good, waffles and eggs in a spacious room. Location is very convenient, beautiful view over lake nearby, plenty of stores around, 30mins from Salt Lake City Downtown. Maintenance works (photo) but not annoyed and showing continuous improvement. Strongly recommended and would return definitely if I was in SLC

Do not stay here unless you read the fine print. There is very limited parking and no explanation on where you can and cannot park. Except for handing you a parking permit and expecting you to know what you are supposed to do. Signs are small on allowed parking and there is no clear signage on anything. While the hotel is fully booked they are running out of all breakfast items as well with an hour left to go in the breakfast. While we usually have great stays at most comfort inns I would never ever stay here again. I would rather pay more than stay here. Make sure you read everything they hand you. Management is not even willing to accept partial responsibility on not explaining anything. Every hotel I have ever stayed at always explains where you can and cannot park. This

Overall all our stay was good. Not great. Room was spacious and well laid out. 1. Cleanliness was good and staff is friendly and helpful. 2. Beds, king bed was good, our sofa bed mattress was old and flat, not very comfortable. 3. Breakfast was not impressive. Eggs were spongy, were a topping would have made the eggs more palatable there were NONE, the most simple topping like shredded cheese was not there, only one protein options (sauage) no bacon or ham, coffee tasted old or burnt. 3.Price, i paid a reasonable price for my stay and was happy with what i paid
