Courtyard by Marriott Orem University Place

I was greeted by Kaia. She made the check in process easy for me. She greeted me and remembered who I was from a previous stay. Kaimi and Tomasi were great as well. It was such a pleasure to meet such friendly staff. I have a few trips coming up and I will definitely keep going back. They went above and beyond ( as always). Highly recommend

When I need lodging in Utah County I always try to stay at this hotel, the front desk staff was so helpful his name was Clark. He was so amazing at check in, and we had a very clean room. The housekeeping staff was also amazing. What I love about this hotel is the location. We have all types of choices for dining and shopping. The pool and hot tub felt so refreshing. Thanks for another amazing experience. We can't wait to be back!!!

Ok where do I start...we stayed in a room with a tub because my mom has fibromyalgia. She goes to get in tub that night and tub dont work only shower. Chargers on the couch didn't work, coffee pot didn't work, light didn't work. They do not serve breakfast and don't have coffee until 7. This was a Starbucks inside where you had to purchase coffee. I am use to staying somewhere that has 24 hour coffee and breakfast. They tell me this is a business hotel hmmm....They only refunded me 20.00 for everything that didn't work. We checked out and went to another hotel (Hampton Inn) and everything was perfect there.

Brand new hotel which is the only thing saving it for now as the furniture and mattresses are just above dorm room quality. Giant heating and air conditioning unit is right inside the room and ours was very noisy. Don’t know if they are all that noisy or if we had a bad one. Breakfast is not included and the coffee made with the in-room coffee maker was literally (no exaggeration) the worst coffee I’ve ever had anywhere. It didn’t even have a hint of a taste of coffee but did have an odd taste and smell. You are welcome, however, to go down to the lobby and BUY coffee from the Starbucks in the lobby. Maid service is also only every other day. Also, they have brand new TVs that require you to login to your Netflix or Amazon account instead of allowing casting from your phone. Then you ha

Upon our arrival at the hotel, the front desk was experiencing a system issue that was affecting their computers and ability to run payments or create room keys. It was late and the workers were doing everything in their power to fix a problem that from as far as I can tell, wasn't caused by them and was out of their control. They were so kind and apologetic and were stressed over the situation which broke my heart. They went over and beyond the mark to try and accommodate for the unfortunate happenstance. We mainly dealt with Sophia and she was just as sweet as can be. We've stayed at this hotel before and have had lovely stays but as per usual, you learn more about the true nature of a place and its people when things aren't going perfectly and Sophia was amazing.
