Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Orlando Kissimmee/Celebration

I had a wonderful stay at Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Orlando Kissimmee/Celebration from December 23 to December 28, 2025, during my vacation, and I can confidently say this hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent—safe, convenient, and perfectly situated with equal distance to many of Orlando’s major attractions. It’s very close to Magic Kingdom, as well as multiple Disney and Universal parks, which made getting around incredibly easy and stress-free. The room was spotless, and it truly felt brand new. The furniture and electronics were modern, clean, and in excellent condition, which made the stay even more comfortable. What really stood out to me was the staff. Overall very good experience staying here. I used to stay mostly in Hilton properties before but decided to give this one a try. Location is great, rooms were on par with expectations and were clean upon arrival, the staff was nice and courteous. Did not have the chance to enjoy the complimentary breakfast but it's nice to know you have that option. Parking is complimentary too (and plentiful!). Really nothing to complain about; I will probably stay here again as we liked the price/value/location combo.

Our job scheduled us for a conference that none of us were really interested in and we were dreading our trip! However upon arrival we were greeted by a younger woman with blue hair at the front desk. Of course my first thought was, here we go….. but we were very surprised by her thoughtfulness and great personality. I cannnot for the life of me remember her name! I believe it started with a “T” but I am not completely confident it that. She walked us through the check in process with ease and even went the extra mile to confirm everything in our rooms was up to our standards. We saw her a few times in the evenings during our stay and she never missed a beat, always making sure to ask If there was anything additional she could help us with including finding good restaurants to our liking.

I was pleased with this hotel and the cost. The staff made the stay exceptional. The breakfast was good and my only negative at all, was the scrambled eggs, which tasted like powdered eggs. But there was plenty of other yummy choices and a nice spread. Jocelyn at the front desk was professional, friendly and very attentive. Free parking was a perk too. It's centrally located for a conference and a very short drive to Advent Hospital in Celebration, which was important on this trip. From the housekeeping staff to those who kept the breakfast bar stocked and clean, everyone was pleasant and made the stay great.

During our 11-day stay, housekeeping was done only three times, which is far below acceptable standards. Despite informing the front desk every morning and repeatedly requesting service, our room was mostly not cleaned. What was most disappointing was that even after clearly highlighting this issue and requesting housekeeping on our last morning, no service was provided. For such a long stay, this level of neglect is unacceptable and significantly affected our experience.
