Great location in Chinatown, just a short walk to the metro, which makes getting anywhere in the city easy and efficient. You’re close to everything but still tucked into a neighborhood with character, great food, and constant energy. Service really stood out. Rhonda and Shawn were professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They made the stay smooth from start to finish and handled everything with warmth and efficiency. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Nothing flashy, but comfortable and exactly what you want after a long day out. The winter rate was very reasonable for this part of the city. Had 7 nights at this hotel as part of a family vacation in July 2024. |Hotel staff is very nice and proffesional. Rooms are clean ond of decent size (stayed 4 persons in a 2 queen room)|Location of hotel (China Town) is far from most things on our agenda, and very few shops or restaurants nearby. |One store and fishmarket in same building. Unfortunately the smell from there is dominating the surroundings. |Breakfat in hotel is fair, but dining area is way to small and very hot, even in the morning. Subway is pretty close.

Clean place, extremely friendly and welcoming hotel staff especially the front desk lady that checked us in she was super sweet. Rooms were not clean and ready upon check in at 3 but closer to 3:45 but there was a seating area available to wait that had water/tea/coffee available. Good location, close to subway, easy enough to walk and navigate around.

Is this the nicest hotel? No. But let me tell you I have stayed at this hotel more than any other in NYC. When I'm checking prices this always wins. Two Queen beds has been $200 a night. What I really love is the location. Plenty of restaurants in immediate walking distance for early or late hours, subway is a couple of blocks away. And multiple places to get a massage at night before going to bed after a long day of being a tourist. If you need a clean place to rest your head, Fairfield Inn is perfect.

Good location close to the subway, Chinatown and local shops. Rooms are spacious with lots of space, big bathroom, snall fridge and microwave. Big TV and desk. We had nice view on the Manhattan bridge, but the subway going over that bridge is quite noisy and it takes a few days to get used to, even with earplugs. Elevator mechanism is very loud so try to get a room on a lower floor. Breakfast is ok, with enough variety so you need a week to get bored. Staff is friendly and helpful, even though the rooms are cleaned only every second day. Keep in mind they charge a deposit of 50 USD per day without warning, even if you pay everything before arrival
