Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites New Braunfels

My wife and I spent the week at this hotel in Oct. supporting our grandchildren during some family heath related challenges. The hotel staff went out of their way to show us kindness and support. Everyone from the Desk staff to the cleaning staff to the chef were absolutely amazing. The hotel was also extremely clean and it was obvious that the staff took great pride in their work. Special shout out to Diane!! Thank you!

Stayed here for three nights on business. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. However the coffee brewer did not work. The toilet ran constantly unless I opened the tank and adjusted the flapper after every flush. Breakfast was extremely average. Fitness room was small but everything worked great. Staff were mainly nice and helpful. Overall, I would stay here again if necessary. However, with so many choices nearby, I would probably try another place next time.

We had such a great stay at the Fairfield! The staff was wonderful, especially the concierge, Belen, who was so nice and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning. We also appreciated the 12 PM checkout time since it gave us a relaxing morning before heading out. The pool was a hit with our kids, and the board games in the lobby were a fun bonus that kept them entertained. Highly recommend!

The hotel was clean and comfortable. I have to say that all of the staff was top notch and everyone was both friendly and went out of their way to help and we were there multiple days. We loved that the table area was open in the evenings for us to play games with our family and I noticed other groups did that too multiple nights. The pool and gym seem to close early, so the teens were sad about that, but otherwise a great stay. There is a sister property that you have access to with a stay that includes water front access. Definitely will come back when it's warmer. Great location!

We stayed here after a long day at Schlitterbahn, and it was perfect! Elizabeth H. checked us in and was so kind and welcoming. The breakfast was great, the Texas-shaped waffle was such a fun touch! Thank you for providing a safe and comfortable place to rest. We’ll definitely be back!
