Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Indianapolis Downtown

Great hotel in a perfect location for the Indianapolis Convention center. One of the staff members particularly stood out, Brooklyn, who took great care of me when I had lost my room key. She went the extra mile and I could see she really cared about all of the hotel customers. The rooms were clean, pleasant, and covered everything we needed for our show week. It also has a great access point to a beautiful walk/run along the river.

I normally don’t leave reviews. But this hotel stay included the absolute nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel ever. What beautiful souls! Location was great. Walk to the Lucas oil stadium was almost completely inside except for a little area between the convention center and the stadium. Kid friendly. 10/10 stay.

Positive: Parking and downtown location. Negative: The breakfast potentially could’ve been really good, but looks like the people preparing. It did not have a quality minded focus. I would rate the breakfast, a five out of 10.

This hotel is perfectly located within all things amongst downtown Indianapolis. Very clean hotel with a good free breakfast. Parking is in the hotel’s own on-site parking garage underneath the hotel. The rooms are clean and comfy. Rooms are very sound proof. The only complaint is that the elevators can get a bit busy during peak hours. There are only 2 elevator cars. But stairs are optional. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here last weekend. Hotel was in a great location. Parking was in a garage at reduced rate. I had a group room rate, which probably explains why I was in a tiny room with a great view of a hotel wall and HVAC equipment. The breakfast was standard but suitable. Coffee was hot and there was half and half. The hot water container was empty several times later in the day.
