Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Indianapolis Airport

We booked this hotel for 2 reasons: 1. It has an airport shuttle 2. It has a pool Well... it had a pool. They renovated recently and removed the pool, which was a problem because I'd spent the 2 hour drive telling my children to hold on because soon we'd get to go swimming. When we arrived and there was no pool there was sadness. But the staff here not only helped us swap our reservation last-minute, they even researched and found another hotel with a pool for us. I can't speak to the quality of the rooms, but I really appreciated the help!

Tired old airport hotel. Rooms are very old and worn. Hotel is generally clean, but furniture is very old. You can even hear people walking upstairs. Only thing that is good is the shower. Would pick another Marriott product next time.

We went to the suite and it was very nice. The pull out bed, though had not been cleaned in a while. We found someone’s Vape inside the bed along with some spare change. The room does need to be re-organized because when we pulled out the sofa bed, it was up against the wall and no one could get past it to go to the bathroom. I think the space could be utilized better. I’m nitpicking a little here, but it does make a difference in the middle of the night when you have to get up to use the restroom. It can be dangerous. The room itself was very clean, minus the sofa bed issue. Toiletries were good, breakfast was good. Was sorry to see that the indoor pool was still closed, but it will be a while before we get back to normal from the pandemic. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Th

Rooms clean, bathrooms are remodeled and where clean as well! Parking space big enough, breakfast was good A lot of options for dinning around

Late and tired I arrived needing some help from the front desk. They bent over backwards and even gave me a yogurt so that I could get back to work after a long exhausting day of travel and work. They were so kind and generous and thoughtful but I'd never stay anywhere else
