Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Harrisburg Hershey

The hotel is conveniently located right next to arrive gas station and plenty of restaursnts within walking distance. Front desk staff were extremely helpful and accommodating with my request for a scale in my room and extra towels. The room itself is clean and comfortable- just what you need when traveling on business. Breakfast is the usual eggs, bagels, oatmeal, but they also offer waffles which is nice especially if you have kids. The gym is small with only cardio equipment (treadmills, elliptical and bike) but they have a contract with a local gym for those who need or want weights. Overall it's a great place to spend a couple days on business travel or whatever your needs are. I'll definitely be staying here again if I'm back in the area.

Easy access off of I-81. Comfortable rooms, well appointed. Good bathroom and excellent water flow from the shower, quality TV. Free breakfast was very complete and well attended by the staff. Very courteous and helpful reception staff. Recent remodeling in hotel shows and makes for a good stay. (To be noted, the hotel is close to distribution centers and trucks pass by front of hotel all night. Recommendation to have room on backside of hotel for quieter experience.

Spent one night at the Fairfield for the Harrisburg Farm Show. The hotel was clean, our room was comfortable, quiet and exactly as advertised. Arrived late Saturday night and Katie at the front desk was lovely, helpful and knowledgeable. the breakfast was plentiful and just right and even the coffee was good! Would return anytime we need a place to stay in this location!

Service was terrific.  I especially want to call out Antonio, Waco check us in late at night and also checked us out.  He was exceptional, with impeccable speech, efficiency, and professionalism.  I also appreciated the fitness Center and pool.

I recently stayed at the Fairfield Inn and unfortunately did not have the best experience. The elevator was broken during my stay. Although I was on the first floor, my room was at the very end of the hallway next to the stairwell and exit door. Because of the elevator being out of service, there seemed to be much heavier foot traffic than usual, and I could hear doors slamming throughout the night and early morning. It made it very difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The breakfast was also disappointing. It was very basic and limited. They didn’t even have hard-boiled eggs available. I’ve stayed at other Additionally, I was supposed to receive the government rate and tax-exempt status. I provided my tax-exempt form at check-in, but the adjustments were never applied.
