Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Greenville

I usually stay here on my work trips but this might be my last. WiFi did not work and neither TV worked correctly. I mentioned these after my first night and the lady at the front desk was polite and said she would let me”them” know but nothing was fixed. The money spent at these hotels they need to be on point and have everything in working order.

My daughter and I did a little 2 night getaway. The room was clean, the A/C worked great, the shower was hot and had great pressure, and the beds were comfortable. The only things we did not like was the pool was pretty small and most of our trip there were rowdy kids in it so we did not use it and the breakfast bar was very limited and the food was not great. The room was so comfortable though that we would stay again. The staff were pleasant.

Front desk staff was super friendly and took care of everything I needed. The room was clean, quiet and perfect after a long day. The breakfast options were okay but it would have been good to have some water available but maybe I just missed it. There was plenty of seating and the waffle station was right on time!! Will definitely be back since I'll be in Greenville a lot now for work. Great job to the staff!

The experience felt very unwelcoming. The night shift front desk associate did not even greet me (after calling several times he showed up from inside) —let alone acknowledge my Gold status. It seems additional training in guest interaction may definitely be required. On top of that, there’s ongoing construction that was never mentioned during booking. This is definitely not good.

Hello Darlin’s I just would like to say it was a real pleasure staying at this location. We we entered the front desk staff he was so welcoming to our family….And I would like to give a specials thanks to Kim for both days I meet her at the breakfast nook and then the next day she clean our room..So sweet…Sharon was also a dear I told her the oatmeal need a pray 🤣 and she put her love it in and also help me make my husband waffle with perfection 😉…Thanks so much for making out stay..
