I am a Marriott member, and had called 3 other places before getting a room here. (Tournaments going on in town) I had a smooth check in and no complaints until I get home and find out, I was billed 218.50 for one night, plus 150.00 cleaning fee, totalling 368.80 for one night. I called regarding this extra charge and was told I was smoking in the room. I did not smoke in the room, and this is hard to contest when it's their word against mine. I was emailed 3 different receipts, one at 11:00 for 218.80, one at 11:12 for 368.80 and 11:42 for 218.80. My bank account shows 2 charges for 218.80 and another for 150.00. This hotel states its 118.00 which i see it's worth, but to be billed 218.80 at check out is insane. I stayed the night before at Madison Marriott South in Madison Wisconsin

In town for work and you get what is typical of the Marriott locations. Hotel was busy due to a sporting event that was in town. Employees were friendly and I would stay at this location again given the opportunity. Thank you for the room last night.

The room was absolutely gorgeous the bedding was clean, bathroom was clean with new towels they even had big bottles of bodywash, shampoo, and conditioner. the t.v. actually worked, floors were clean. Housekeeping was very polite, respectful, and helpful. The front desk persons were also very friendly, polite, and helpful as well. I didn't get to utilize the pool or hot tub 😕😞 but I will on my next stays and I would absolutely recommend Fairfield As a very romantic hotel also family oriented there's lot of attractions around the hotel. I can honestly say that Fairfield has one of the best breakfast 🥞🍳 I've had at a hotel how to say is more than a continental breakfast these are things I will make at home. An unlike the Baymont Fairfield didn't have bed bugs. I would've given the hotel a

I stayed 2 nights. Visited Fargo to spend the weekend with my brother and nephew. Watched NDSU pummel South Dakota (GO 🦬). Hotel is convenient to several restaurants, with a few being within walking distance. Amenities were fine. Hotel was a tad bit dated, but you can tell they’re modernizing. I presume this would be comparable to a Holiday Inn Select and basically was comparable. No complaints, but If I were to say what I liked the least, it’s the 1980s style wall mounted heat/A/C. No wall mounted thermostat. They’re annoyingly loud and the fan seems to never stop. Hotels everywhere had these in the 80s and 90s. Most mid grade hotels have upgraded to newer systems that aren’t loud, and thermostat controlled. As a sales rep for 30+ years, I’ve spent hundreds of hotels and have noticed tha

Positives: Bed and bedding were comfortable and clean. Towels were new and large Negatives: Arrived in room to find a dirty face mask hanging on a hook, dirty black hairs on the bathroom floor and in the shower. My husband is bald and I have blonde hair. It was apparent the shower had not been cleaned. The desk had greasy fingerprints and dust on it. We had all decaffeinated coffee and barely any toilet paper. I had to go out in the morning to get some regular coffee and had to ask for more toilet paper at the front desk. The toilet is low and the toilet seat is flimsy. The ceiling is a popcorn ceiling and low. This hotel is not up to Marriott Bonvoy standards at all. The place is very dated and the front desk has a ripped up window shade and looks third world and also gave us a bad first
