Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Atlanta Vinings/Galleria

I had a wonderful stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Atlanta Vinings/Galleria during a recent 2-day business trip to Atlanta. From start to finish, the customer service was absolutely top-tier. Kendrick and CJ checked me in and immediately made me feel welcome. Their professionalism, efficiency, and warm demeanor set the tone for my entire stay. They were attentive, helpful, and made sure I had everything I needed while I was there. When it was time to check out, Denzil (the manager) and Emura were just as impressive. They were extremely pleasant and informative, ensuring a smooth departure and taking the time to answer my questions. Great staff customer service, clean, just had renovations done the new rooms are nice just wish they could’ve kept the microwaves in the room. The prices are reasonable and affordable.

We stayed for 1 night and the hotel was very clean and quiet. Our room was very spacious for 4 people and being on the top floor, we didn't hear much noise at all. The pool was closed which was disappointing and the breakfast only is served until 9 a.m., but the sign near the dining area says 10 so a lot of people weren't happy about that who came down. They should let people know that when they check in. It's a very convenient location and a nice area, we felt very safe.

I travel the country for work. This hotel is under renovations. The room is not modern, had problems with the TV, the mini fridge was not cold, a subtle smell in the room I can't pinpoint. I can't block out all the outside lights, wash room is small with little counter space, closet is finished out opening inside the wall. room was next to a very active freeway and above the noise wall. The laundry room consists of a single pair of 1-load washer and dryer, takes coins or download an app to pay $3.00. Not a pleasant experience.

ITS LOUD!!!!! But decent. Rooms are being renovated, and they're pretty nice. However, the place is LOUD!!!!!! Between the exterior highway noise & emergency vehicles throughout the night, slamming doors all night (at least till 1:30 am, the LOUD group of teenagers, PLUS the housekeepers screaming at each other at 8 am right outside my door... It was not a restful night. Sound treating the hallways, door dampers, and noise treatment would be a nice touch. Service was adequate. Room was clean. Hard to find parking due to construction trucks and guests with construction trucks that took up many spaces.
