Nice older hotel in excellent location for hospital outpatient access. Many restaurants nearby, along with great delivery options. (Buzzin Burger is fabulous!) Hotel staff members are kind, accommodating and caring. Breakfast offerings were great quality, albeit somewhat limited, as to be expected. Room was clean and functional. Good spot for overnight stay. Front desk staff members Denise, Mary and Yana treated us like family. Thank you!!

This is a great location near restaurants and a mall. My room was nice and clean with plenty space. Staff was welcoming. Two wall plugs needed servicing, and seems to go through the wall when used. Pricing was reasonable for New Year’s Eve in my opinion.

First off this review is wayyy overdue!! I had a GREAT experience staying at this hotel for the 5 nights I did.. The room was spacious.. The weird thing was the shower.. There is not a door on the shower, but a glass partition which was a little weird but it worked! Denise and Mary are wonderful people that are very good at their jobs.. Denise the assistant manager is very patient and is willing to help you through your stay! The pool was closed which was a bummer but there is still lots to do and you don't need a car.. Everything was in walking distance wh was helpful cause I didn't rent a car.. Tip if you stay here request a room in the back of the building the view is pretty decent.. I will be staying here again and again.. Amazing Experience

My family and I only stayed one night. The receptionist guy at the entrance was very unhappy. I work in the hospitality industry as well and a guest is never greeted that way. Professionalism should begin at the entrance. I greeted him, but he didn't respond. He didn't make eye contact even once during check-in. Please ensure you train your staff properly. The breakfast was poor, but it was constantly restocked. The lady working at the breakfast area was polite. The water from soda machine tastes horrible. Probably needs to clean and change the filter. The rooms smell. You should change your carpets. The wall colors are also very bad. I will not choose here next time
