FairBridge Inn Express

I am writing to provide feedback on my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, I encountered several issues that I believe need attention: 1. Customer Service: The hotel management exhibited unprofessional behavior and failed to show respect towards guests. This included the use of inappropriate language, which is unacceptable. 2. Cleanliness: The room condition was below expectations, with inadequate cleaning services. 3. Amenities: The bathroom facilities were not well-maintained, and overall service quality was lacking.

Rooms are pretty rough. It is clean and the outlets work. That's a plus. The breakfast was gone by the time we got there, and we were early. All that was left was some sad looking cereal. Recommended if you have no other choice. Maybe better than a motel 6. Maybe.

I booked my SeaTac airport parking at FairBridge Inn through Way.com on Dec 5, 2025 for 6-day parking. When I drove my car to FairBridge Inn on Dec 23 morning to park my car there before catching my flight for my vacation, FairBridge staff told me their parking lot was full and I had to talk to Way.com to find other parking. I did not want to miss my flight and had to act quickly to find another parking lot. Most of the parking lots I checked was full that day and finally I found another parking lot which cost more than 3 times of the original price I got from Way.com. It would have been faster and cheaper to take Uber instead. I would never consider parking at Fairbridge Inn again.

Very disappointed when opening the door there was wrong or on the floor. It was right here and yes, I had light behind me so I could see it, then went into the bathroom to find one washcloth into towel for two people that is not enough so call the front desk and they said too busy to bring us anything or clean. Anything we could come up and get the towels as needed which we did for me to be given a stain towel should have left at this point television was pint-size for a two bedroom certainly not adequate. I would never stay there again. It was chosen because it was close to the airport.

DO NOT stay at FairBridge Inn Express. Absolutely disgusting. This was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was filthy. holes in the walls, stains of who-knows-what, and powder on the couch, and what looked like dried blood, including what seemed to be period stains in the bathroom wall. There was even a splatter on the door, and I don’t even want to imagine where that came from. Hygiene clearly isn’t a priority at this place. The door barely locked, which made us question safety the entire time. Noise insulation was nonexistent… We could hear every footstep outside and every car that passed. The coffee machine was straight-up bs, spraying hot water all over when we tried to use it. The blow dryer was caked in thick layers of dust, and the tub looked like
