I visited this venue last week for a friend’s engagement party, and it was truly a beautiful experience. The space gives it an elevated and refined atmosphere. The ambience is stunning — warm lighting, elegant decor, and a very thoughtfully designed interior. You can really see the attention to detail in everything, from the layout to the finishing touches. It feels polished without being overwhelming. The bar area is especially lovely, and the service was top notch. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They made the celebration feel seamless and special. Overall, it’s the kind of place that feels perfect for meaningful occasions. I would absolutely consider coming back to celebrate a birthday or another special event here.

This review is for the Living Room lounge. We are two couples who had a confirmed reservation with a minimum spend of $1,200 table at Faena Living Room. We were coming from dinner at a members club elsewhere and were looking to enjoy drinks and dancing. However, upon arrival we were refused entry. Their explanation: our boys were wearing jeans and they have a strict ‘dress code’. The person at the door was extremely rude and clearly on a power trip, acting as if letting people in was some kind of personal favor. What made it worse was watching him allow other guests in (men who were wearing jeans and even ball caps) after they slipped him cash. So I guess the dress code didn’t apply if you tip him. The experience on our stay was amazing. From Stephan at the door to Karina for our check in. Warm and personal welcoming. Big thanks to Jake, the concierge, for getting us dinner reservations. |Pet-friendly hotel and great locations for a walk around Chelsea. The rooms were beautiful, immaculate clean and greeted with some exotic fruits and drinks. |La Boca restaurant was on point with a 5-star experience even at lunch time. Food was delicious. The atmosphere was vibrant, elegant and welcoming.

I recently stayed at the Faena Hotel NYC in one of their beautiful one-bedroom suites and had an exceptional experience. The suite was spacious, elegant, and thoughtfully designed — luxurious without feeling overdone, with stunning details and a very comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. What truly stood out, though, was the service. Every staff member we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. From the moment you arrive, you feel cared for and welcomed, and that level of hospitality continues throughout the stay. It made the whole experience feel special and effortless. A wonderful place for a celebratory getaway — I would absolutely return.

The service is impeccable. Besides being impeccably, dressed, every person in the hotel is exceptionally polite and helpful. Timely on all service and kind with a smile. Specifically, there are a couple of standouts, including the lead waitress at the restaurant, La Boca. Ask to sit in Michelle’s section.
