Don’t stay here during Art Basel, it’s a human zoo. Also managment causing traffic in Collins Avenue on purpose needs to get fired.

I just visited the Faena Miami Beach, this was my first stay and not my last . I never really stayed on The beach because I loved staying in another part of Miami. Wow was I impressed and thinking what took me so long to get to the Faena. I had many recommendations so I acted on it and will never look back . When I walked into the beautiful lobby there are giant paintings on all the walls and it would take a week to sit and study the details and beauty of each wall. Then when I entered the smaller lobby to check in I felt like I entered into a magical and wonderful place. I could not wait to see my room. The welcome from all of the staff from the valet to the front desk were friendly and professional and seemed like I was exactly where I was supposed to be. The room was amazing on

Luis at the main entrance is THE BEST!! The staff here is above average and understand hospitality at a different level of service. So rare! Kudos to the management who recognize exceptional service, and people! Such a treat! One of a kind! The decor, the atmosphere and especially the people!
