F11 Apartments

I absolutely love living at F11! It has a reputation of being one of the best building to live in, in Downtown and it lives up to that! From the initial leasing process, to the move in, to my experience here, Lap has been absolutely amazing. I leased on the same day I toured the property and haven't regretted it. He was so helpful with the whole process from day 1. I also love that he holds events here and I get to meet all my neighbors. All the tenants are super cool here and we all say hi to each other in the hallways etc. The apartments are super spacious! (Even the studios are some of the biggest I've seen and I've lived in many places) and the apartment finishes are beautiful! I absolutely loved living at F11! If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would! The views, amenities, and service were amazing! Lap, the resident manager went out of his way to keep residents happy. The cleaning and security staff were always friendly and trying their best to keep the building as clean and safe as possible. Living downtown, it's nearly impossible to keep the homeless population from dwelling near the building, but they did a fantastic job keeping them off the streets around the building. I highly recommend this building and special thanks to Lap for being an absolutely outstanding resident manager! He truly went over the moon to help all the residents, even the ones that were disrespectful and outlandish, and still managed to treat them with grace, respect, and kindness!

Super impressed by F11! Everything has been great. The apartments are coming together beautifully and the views of downtown are gorgeous. The amenities are well laid out and feel very accommodating. The leasing team has been extremely professional and welcoming. The wait has definitely been worth it, we are in love with this place!

I'll be honest, I was a bit hesitant coming here given the lack of reviews. My one-week experience, however, has been overwhelmingly positive, save one or two things. Long review incoming. 1) STAFF - 5 stars: My leasing agent, Nashely, is a rock star. She has been with me since the moment I have called and has answered every question I can think of (and I think of a lot of questions!). And the cool thing is, she still is involved with me and other tenants because she really cares. Mike and Mark are both facilities and are experts on the building. Any work order I submit is resolved with expedience and proficiency. Everyone here is very, very nice and professional! Great food and activity recommendations from locals. 2) LOCATION - 5 stars: You can't beat where this place is. Less than ten

I live at F11 for more the 5 years. Came here in 2019 and it was amazing since day one. I love everything about my apartment and the building. Top notch appliances, hardwood floors, amazing shower, really the highest living standard in downtown San Diego. The building pool is cozy and fun. The GYM is great and equipped with everything needed for good cardio and weights workouts. The management and maintenance teams very responsive and always willing to resolve any issue that might come up. I highly recommend to check it out.
