Extended Stay America Suites- Washington D.C. - Germantown - Town Center

I have stayed at this Extended Stay prior. My stay here has been quiet and peaceful for the most part. The staff here has been amazing, very respectful, patient and always available to assist when in need. Sheila is sweet and so kind and gentle, it is always a pleasure speaking with her. Eli always taking time to check in and assist with questions or concerns. Mohammed has been very helpful at various times and always smiling. Noah is has been very helpful and Lucan also (I hope that’s his name) very helpful. They all have helped in various ways during my stay here, and shown nothing but respect, kindness, willingness to assist any way they can, and are very patient with guests. I enjoy my stay here.

Positive: Quiet and no smoking. Asthmatic guests and handicapped. Negative: Woman with children coming out of a dodge towards 211 rm kicking and hitting rm 209 windows and ac/heating unit Saturday 09/27/2025 unruly guests. Younger Lady maybe teen scratching her but and digging in front of rm 209. Unbelievable!

When we booked (2 weeks prior to arriving) we requested a ground floor for ease of access/small dog. Upon check in, all ground level rooms were occupied. Our room is very dated. The shower has broken tile and everything is unkempt and/or dirty. We have been here a few hours and have found at least 4 stinkbugs. Although it is a bit cheaper, I would have gladly spent a few more dollars a night to have a room that was clean and that I felt comfortable in. I would not recommend staying here at all. Edit: We have now found at least 15 stink bugs in the curtains.

My exp6ar this location is w ok deefull and great the rooms are very clean and the service is great they are on point on t I. E for the price and the rati g I see people just don't appreciate but the service good

Absolutely unforgettable! The staff's warmth and attentiveness made me feel so welcome. The room was spotless, stylish, and perfectly equipped. The hotel facilities, especially the fitness center and pool, were top-notch. But it was the exceptional service that truly set this place apart. I felt like family!"
