Extended Stay America Suites- Washington D.C. - Germantown - Milestone

It was one of the most perfect longer comfortable stay in any extended hotels. The staff is very professional, so friendly, respectful, understanding, cooperative, kind, understanding, helpful, acting and responding immediatly without any delay, the manging team and the front desk ones ( Bhuwan, Kusum, Nemoon ), and all, including the housekeepinga and maintenance. The managment team was as mentioned above and the front desk Nemoon who was so professional, helpful, friendly and understanding the residents' needs and copperative in whatever is needed immediatly. If I can rate the staff and the stay it would be 20 out of 10, and as any other 5 star hotel I stayed at. The rooms are clean and renovated. It is a safe quite place to stay comfortably in peace of mind. The loaction is perfect

The only good thing about this is the location, that's it. bus stop is just downstairs, rest everything is so poor. 1. Staff: Staff is very rude, they have hired all similar people from their own country and they are all rude, No manners to talk with the guests, No courtsey, No professionalism. They will enter your room without any prior notification, even though you lock your door. 2. Breakfast: The manager named Bhuvvan, is so stingy, he counts each and every penny for breakfast which is supposed to be provided to the guests. You wont find granola bars, cups, coffee, everything will be missing daily. Breakfast counter mostly remain Empty, they keep everything in their own storage and tell guests everything is over. The staff is amazing, from day to night. If I had any questions, they got answered quickly and in a timely manner. Kusum is amazing and very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone. Way better than any hotel I have stayed at.

I have never stayed in a place that was more vile! The roach tracks down the front of the refrigerator looked as if it was a pattern designed by an artist. The desk clerk barged his way into each of our rooms to check them before we even entered them which was initially concerning and ultimately we understood why. One of the rooms had no handle on the shower and so has he tried to show my daughter two other rooms that were equally unacceptable because of odor and filth, we were forced to leave the facility. He refused to refund our money. Although one of my daughters has stayed in an extended stay facility in Florida which was not at all like the one we had, I don't believe I will ever again try to stay in one of these facilities.
