Extended Stay America Suites- Tulsa - Midtown

We have had a genuinely good experience staying at this hotel. Overall, it has been comfortable, clean, and well-located, especially for guests without a vehicle. There are several restaurants within a short walk, and the bus stop is directly across the street, which has been very helpful for our family. A big positive has been Matthew, the manager. From the moment we arrived, he has been professional, attentive, and truly cares about the guests and the property. He communicates clearly, treats people with respect, and works hard to keep things running smoothly. His leadership makes a noticeable difference, and it shows. Cleanliness is very important to me, and I can honestly say I have not experienced issues with roaches, bed bugs, or mold during our stay, which gave me peace of mind. T

The parking lot was full of trash. The lobby = not welcoming. The room was roach 🪳 infested. Stains everywhere. Sheets are stained too. Damaged drywall. New paint over old paint. Not all the ceiling lights work. Smells like a casino 🚬. $70 room plus an additional +$50 hold charge. The "Compliment Breakfast" is a joke. It's disgusting here. What happened?

The rooms are nicer than expected at the CPN rate. The staff was always happy to be of assistance, and the area has nice places to eat, crackers barrel is right out front! The location in tulsa is great too, a walmart in a Mike's radios, downtown not to far away.

Positive: Nothing. Way too many homeless hanging around making it very sketchy to want to walk out the door. The WiFi sucks doesn?t work half the time. Nobody cleans cleans. You have to do that on your own. You don?t get clean sheets weekly. Negative: Booked a pet on my trip along with a service animal and was charged double for my pet. Terrible service. No other hotels charges I suggest you find one of them!

This was my first hotel in America, I am grateful to have been able to lay my head and rest in it, but there are problems. The Staff Were All Great, And Super Helpful And Friendly, Which Was Nice. The rooms, not so much... We had cockroaches, crawling all over the kitchen, the cupboard doors were broken, lot of dirty spots, It looked extremely under-maintained. There was also a horrible smell of crack basically everywhere in the hotel. There were also a lot of people always hanging around the hotel entrance, they weren't a big problem, but it wasn't always nice in the night time. Not a very good area, I guess for the price it makes sense. If you're going to go here, keep an eye on the family. Overall, It was fine, nothing crazy happened thankfully, but very un-cared for.
