Extended Stay America Suites- St. Louis - St. Peters

We rented two rooms with price line at front desk we did not have time to go up to room we had a dinner and a concert to get to so after we got done and went to are rooms both rooms we full of trash not cleaned they had lites on and tv on. The front desk was closed had to call for someone to call the people that worked there and wait for them to get there just tell us it says in computer the rooms had not been cleaned we told them we wanted a refund she told us that she could not give a refund and she couldn't call her boss. she was told we were going call the police. Then she called her boss who you thought we put him out. Instead we just drove 5 hrs home still waiting on refund.

Positive: "" Negative: Was given a handicapped room which i did not request. Shower head (removeable) was hard to work. No counter space for hygene or cosmetics. Kitchen with no dishes, silverware, etc...Had to remove trash on our own. No extra pillows or linen allowed.

Pros - Check-in was a breeze. | - Place was quiet ( Wednesday stay)| - Although things showed signs of age everything was clean. ||Cons - The hallway smelled like fried chicken. (Luckily the room didn’t)| - The middle drawer on the dresser didn’t remain closed. They put shims under the front to help, but it didn’t. | - A lightbulb was out. Didn’t mark down for this but it was inconvenient.

I had a great experience at Extended Stay America. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable, which made my stay stress-free. You can tell the employees really care about their guests. I would definitely recommend staying here!

We were there for 2 months finding and moving into a new house. Dave, Rosa, Kristen and all the staff were always friendly and helpful. A lighting issue in the room was addressed as soon as it was mentioned and taken care of. Any one room habitation will feel small after a long time, but the king room was adequate.Rosa even gave us an extra chair
