Courtyard by Marriott St. Louis St. Peters

We stayed here two separate times on our road trip. The rooms were clean and we didn't have any issues with them. Our only issue was with the bathrooms. Showers were a walk in shower, and water would get out onto the bathroom floor even if you weren't in the shower. Overall though, it was good. There is a $5.00 parking fee added to your final bill per night, which we weren't expecting. Employees were really friendly, which we appreciated! Our rooms did have a lot of outlets, which is always helpful!

I've stayed at this hotel some years ago when it was new. It's still in pretty good shape and clean, but there are signs of wear and tear. Literally, the lettering on some of the signage has worn off and elevator buttons don't show the numbers clearly.||My room was fine - main evidence of age was the small screen TV. There are many lights and outlets so very helpful if you're working or charging several devices. The HVAC unit is in the room and has a loud fan - worked well but hope you like background noise if you want to keep the room cooled or heated.||My mattress was too firm for my comfort but fine if you like lots of support. Pillows and linens were fine. The bathroom was clean and everything worked as expected.||No free breakfast - there's a bistro in the lobby with a limited menu at

Positive: Bed quality was good. Negative: TV did not work at all, no coffee in the lobby unless you want to pay $5 for Starbucks at the little Bistro

DO NOT BOOK!!!!! The rooms were unacceptable. This property is infested with ladybugs inside the rooms. I woke up to over 15 bugs crawling on my belongings and around the room! I documented everything with photos and videos and brought it directly to the front desk. I was told this is a “known issue” and that they “can’t do anything about it.” That response is completely unacceptable. A known infestation with no solution or remediation plan is not an excuse, it’s a failure to address a basic cleanliness and guest comfort issue. No guest should have to sleep in a room filled with bugs. Location convenience does not outweigh sanitation and accountability. I strongly recommend management take this matter seriously and resolve it before continuing to book guests into these conditions.

As usual, I give the unbiased review of every hotel that I stay. Room with tax (There are like 5 different taxes) is over $200.00. This courtyard is in a good area. Close to a ton of stuff nearby. That was the positive. The negative is that this hotel is right off the interstate and it is noisy, big time. The rooms are a bit dated. The bathroom in the room where I stayed was not in good shape. There was some type of patch going all the way across the shower area. It still has a tub (Fall risk) and it is cramped. The rooms still have carpet which I am not a fan. You can tell this is a franchise as they have several things that I disliked. For starters, they have their own parking lot but they still charge $5.00 for parking which is annoying.
