Days Inn by Wyndham St Peters/St Charles

Sheets were stained. They never apologized for that. Woke up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and found roaches. Hardly no food at breakfast. The claimed they had a pool on line, when we get there we are informed that the hotel is old and it doesn't have a pool. Hotel has potential, but needs some TLC, and a lil honesty!!!!

Positive: There is absolutely nothing. Negative: The room had mold in it. The room smells super bad. There was no shower curtain no water pressure. Not handicap accessible..

I wish I could give this place zero or negative stars. The management was extremely bad, unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with. Upon leaving and checking out, I saw a giant cockroach run across my wall and asked for a refund which they were not willing to give me. Not only were they not willing to give me a refund, but they were extremely unpleasant and not professional when asking for it. I would not recommend staying at this place to anyone. There are definitely other places that are just as affordable in the area that are Not bug infested and clean. Again, part of the problem was also just the unwillingness and Unprofessional Attitude of management. Do not stay at this place!

The location was the only good part. We had a room right on the lake. But otherwise it was absolutely disgusting. There was scorch marks and mystery stains EVERYWHERE, the drawers were DISGUSTING, though they did have complimentary weed scattered in them (see image), and some orange sticky residue. There was no clothing iron, but instead a rock and half burned bundle of sage. Not to mention the BLACK MOLD all over the curtain and ac unit!! Front desk guy told me to call tomorrow to speak with a manager, so i took it upon myself to call corporate which i have NEVER done for anything. I hadn’t complained at all even when the tried to double charge my card 191.38, stood at the counter for 15 minutes while the owners son ran around and played with the ice machine and slapping his grandma. The older gentleman behind the desk was on the phone with tech support because the charge on my card and he let me know that once he was off the phone that it was me.
